I was a resident I lived there 1 year with my daughter and she had a baby. She moved to Texas due to the fungus mushrooms growing out of the corner by the tub floor and it had a wet moisture smell. I reported it to management they did nothing about it also I never washed my clothes there because the washer had ruined my daughter clothes. There was a cockroach problem too. The heaters dont work it didnt warm up the room so I never used them. The stairs are dangerous towards the bottom there some wobbly ones & steep not safe. When we moved in the front door was not leveled and slightly damaged the bedroom door was not good quality it cracked. Also cars speed down the street & come out of driveways fast. There no guest parking where friends or family can park. The only nice amenity there is a POOL. I do not recommend to live there especially for the rent price being so high. The management system not professional & don't answer questions right away ....

Maintenance is consistently courteous, helpful, and professional. Wilson responds promptly to work orders and completes each task efficiently and thoroughly. He recently repaired a wall outlet in the restroom and went above and beyond by also replacing a light bulb that was out.

Scheduled a tour and not only was there no direction on how to get to the leasing office, and no one showed up, but also no one answered their phone for the whole half hour I waited. Very frustrated to have time wasted like this.

Thus far this has been a safe, friendly, clean area to live. There have been a lot of changes going on with new ownership, so it's understandable that there's a bit of "upheaval" & adjustment. All in all however, I'm happy w. the call-staff, maintenance crew manners (they wear shoe covers; MUCH appreciated) and the secure, relaxed feeling I have with my neighbors here. I will say though, I have never encountered a laundry room that has SO many issues...might be time to replace some of these units?? Hard to do your drying when 3 of 5 are O.O.O. every few weeks - esp during rainy season. Otherwise, happy camper! :)

If there was an option to give no stars, I would definitely do that. Manager and staff are terrible.Community is full of kids and they are always in the pool while screaming and playing loud music. You always have to expect kids in front of your unit. The room has a window which is opened to a big garbage Can and you have to expect smell of trash when your window is open. People have cars with very loud noise who drive very fast in parking lot after midnight. Neighbours are not respectful about cleaning and you will often notice the area is full of trashes.

Renew leasing team has been so kind to me, helping me on my journey to find a new home at Renew Apartments. They all are very comforting and courteous in returning my calls even on the weekends!!! They made it so easy for me to apply thank you guys you're the best. Definitely 5 star all the way

If you are looking for a place to have peace, stay away from this property. Neighbours are not respectful and they always make loud noise. Manager expect you to call security every time even around midnight. In general, they expect you to pay and call security. Managers are not helpful at all and you waste your money and time with them. Neighbours do not clean after themselves even at laundry room and you always see bunch of hairs and dust in washer and dryer.

I was looking for an apartment. The website had a price listed for a two bedroom. I decided to go look at the apartment in person. The manager Gwen said it was just renovated and the new price was $900 more a month than on the website. She said it was a glitch in the system and it would be correctly in a few hours. I waited a day and the price was listed the same. I applied got approved just for the manager to deny the application. I paid for a security deposit that was to go towards the first months rent. They won't return the money. They say it is not refundable. They prices online is a lie. Even going on the website now it never states a price as high as she was saying it's going for. The apartment is still available today, 4 months later and listed at the price I applied for. She is a liar and a thief. I contacted the property owners, Greystar, and of course they won't contact me either.
